Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your purchase and use of Audio Royalty Formula and any related upgrades, bonuses and materials (together, the "Products") sold by SEPL ("we", "us", "our"). By buying or using the Products you agree to these Terms.

1. The Products

The Products are digital, educational materials delivered electronically: guides, templates, spreadsheets, tools and graphics. Nothing is shipped. Access is provided through the links on your thank-you page after your payment is confirmed.

2. Private label rights license

Each Product comes with the Unrestricted Private Label Rights license included in your download. Under that license you may edit, rebrand, resell, bundle and give away the content, subject to its conditions. In particular, you may not use the content unlawfully or against the rules of the platforms you publish on, and you may not attribute false income claims, fake testimonials or guarantees to the original creator. The license certificate in your download forms part of these Terms.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by WarriorPlus. Prices are shown on the sales page at the time of purchase. Promotional prices may be time-limited and may change afterward.

4. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. No guarantee of results

The Products are for education only. We make no guarantee of income, sales, royalties or any other result. See our Earnings Disclaimer.

6. Third-party platforms

The Products describe third-party platforms, such as audio stores, publishing services and AI tools. Their names belong to their owners, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Platform rules, royalty rates and availability change, and you are responsible for following each platform's current terms.

7. Not professional advice

Information about rights, copyright, disclosure, tax and business is general education, not legal, tax or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional about your own situation.

8. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for how you use the Products, for the content you publish and sell, and for your own sales claims, disclaimers and compliance with applicable laws.

9. Limitation of liability

The Products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, SEPL is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the Products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Product concerned.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you make a purchase applies to that purchase.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
